We offer stainless steel baffle filter replacements for your commercial kitchen extraction canopy. The baffle filter reduces fire hazard with a unique design concept of non-grease loading and interlocking baffle walls which restrict the passage of flames into the ductwork. The baffles smooth surface enables deposited grease to run off via the drainage holes to collecting trays in the casing, minimising grease build up.
